The initial and crucial stage of the user-centered design process is research. Through this phase, we gain insights into your users, understanding their mental models, identifying pain points, and observing online behavior. This process allows us to discern the needs of the users.
When we mention “design” or “UX,” individuals often associate it with wireframes, prototypes, components, and layouts. Production marks the second phase of the design process, a phase that many are acquainted with. Throughout this stage, we generate wireframes to effectively communicate project requirements to stakeholders, developers, and fellow designers.
During testing phase we challenge our design solutions and we gain insights into the results of production. There are several options for testing including usability testings, A/B tests, card sorting and many more.

We collaborated with EBF, a digital agency based in Cologne, Germany to develop and design an integration tool called DLM specifically tailored for enterprise clients in the European market. This tool is dedicated to managing procurement, oversight, and maintenance of devices. Our project's primary focus inspired us to design a web platform aimed at optimising all facets of device-related processes, from initial order placement to repair procedures.

We’ve aided a Sweden-based startup in designing a back-office tool to enhance ticket sales, particularly amidst pandemic challenges. Over six months, we successfully implemented a UX roadmap, integrating detailed testing plans, including A/B tests and usability tests.
